Q: Is this a coaching session?
A: No. This is a strategic consulting session. We will be working together to diagnose and clarify 4 specific core areas: Leadership & Opportunities, Personal Brand & Visibility, Business & Career Structure, and Strategic Focus & Execution. This is not working on mindset or accountability.
Q: Will you build anything for me during the session?
A: No, this is not a done-for-you work session. As we work through the 4 core areas, we may reference examples or outline approaches, but execution happens separately (either on your own or through a different engagement).
After the call, I will provide the call recording along with any additional relevant resources to help you reach your goals.
Q: What if I already have a website, LinkedIn, or brand?
A: That's perfect! We don't expect to start from scratch, but to evaluate alignment and what's working (or not). If you don't have any or all of these things, we can create a plan to create or refine them.
Q: What actual results can I expect from this engagement?
A: Real clarity, direction, and less second-guessing. You'll have a stronger understanding of what matters and what to implement.
