Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form your agreement with Neshama Alheem, LLC. for consulting engagements, coaching sessions (which include individual/group coaching sessions, workshops, VIP Days, Strategy Sessions, etc.), and events (in-person and virtual). You agree to accept these Terms & Conditions upon booking and paying for your session or registering for an event. You can download a copy of these Terms & Conditions by clicking here.
Payments
All payments must be made in full prior to any sessions being undertaken.
After payment, you will receive a copy of this agreement, along with a receipt for any payment of sessions you make.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours prior notice of any cancellation of any booked sessions. This can be done directly through the booking confirmation email you received when setting the appointment for the session. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours prior notice, you may not re-book that session and no refund will be made to you.
If for any medical reason you are unable to attend your session and have to cancel (with or without at least 24 hours prior notice), you can re-book your session using the rescheduling link included in your reminder email. You must provide proof of your medical emergency or your re-booking request may not be granted and no refund will be made to you.
If we (the company) have to cancel your session for any reason, you may book another session using the booking calendar. If we cancel and fail to give you 24 hours prior notice, you will be entitled to re-book your missed session plus an additional asynchronous support session (an email support day or a Voxer support day).
Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed upon between you and Neshama Alheem, LLC.
Refunds
We currently do not issue refunds for any of our products (physical or digital), our services (consulting engagements and coaching sessions), or events. See complete Digital Products Terms Of Use here.

For digital products (this includes digital workbooks, audio or video courses, and other digital resources, etc.), because you gain immediate access to the product after purchase, absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Virtual events will be categorized as a “digital product” for the purposes of this agreement. For in-person events, tickets may be transferred to another person at the discretion of Neshama Alheem, LLC if the request is submitted via email to support@neshamaalheem.com within 60 days of the event start date so appropriate accomodations can be made if possible.
**Note: Coaching sessions are not meant to prescribe treatment or diagnose medical conditions. Please consult with your doctor should any mental health or medical condition arise.
