What Is Champagne Clarity™?
Champagne Clarity™ is a branded, curated series of leadership experiences designed for women leaders at a pivotal point in their journey. These are leaders who have already built credibility, delivered results, and earned their seat. But now they are navigating more complex questions about how they want to lead, what they want next, and what alignment — with their personal and organizational goals — truly looks like at this stage.
Through live and virtual salons, workshops, keynote talks, and future retreats, Champagne Clarity™ creates space for candid conversations about the current status quo of leadership, the challenges leaders face as they grow into more strategic roles, and reflections on what aligned leadership truly looks like — without reducing leadership to motivation, performance, or surface-level development.
This platform is intentional. It is purposeful. Clarity doesn't happen by accident, and it's more than just being accomplished on paper. So we provide a space for leaders to gain something deeper as they learn to more strategically prioritize discernment, self-leadership, and confident decision-making.
What This Work Was Created to Do
Champagne Clarity™ exists to address a leadership reality many experienced women face but rarely have space to talk about openly.
Success has already been achieved. Capability has already been proven. Yet leadership begins to feel heavier, decisions take longer, and what once felt obvious now requires more deliberation.
This isn’t a motivation issue.
It’s not a confidence problem.
And it’s not solved by pushing harder or consuming more information.
What’s missing is a space to pause, examine how leadership is actually functioning, and reconnect decision-making to authority, experience, and intention — without being reduced to performance metrics or surface-level development.

I work with women leaders — especially those navigating fast-paced environments like tech, SaaS, and service-based industries — who already have the credentials, the experience, and the track record.
But they know they’re not fully showing up in their authority the way they’re capable of.
On paper, everything looks solid. Titles. Results. Responsibility.
But internally, something feels off.
These are high-performing women who are relied on at every level, but who still find themselves second-guessing decisions, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or holding back when it's time to lead visibly and decisively. That hesitation can cost time, momentum, and trust — both personally and across the organization.
This is why I believe so much in what I do.
It's imperative that I help leaders strengthen their internal leadership foundation so they can show up decisively, position themselves clearly, and lead in ways that actually match who they are now — not who they had to be to get here (because that version no longer fits!).
This work goes beyond mindset. We look at how leadership identity shows up in real, tangible ways — i.e. through decision-making, positioning, communication, systems, and structure.
